Flasin is my own AI services company and website. I planned, built and launched the full platform: the marketing site, the AI assistants that run on it, and the systems that turn a visitor into a booked call.

Problem

Small businesses hear about AI everywhere but have no simple, trustworthy place to buy a working chatbot, voice agent or automation setup.

Solution

A complete AI services site with an AI chatbot and AI voice agent built into the page, lead-capture workflows, online scheduling, and Stripe checkout so a client can book and pay without a sales call.

My contribution

An e-commerce project where I handled the store build, the brand, and the operational groundwork needed before selling into new markets.

Launching an online store means far more than adding products — it needs a brand, a product selection method, and an operating plan that works across different markets.

Solution

A Shopify store set up end to end, supported by brand development, a repeatable product-research workflow, and a written plan for international markets and day-to-day operations.

A working demonstration of an AI phone agent that answers inbound calls for a small service business. This is a prototype built to show the call flow and capabilities — it is not a deployed client system.

Problem

Small service businesses miss calls while they are working. A missed call is usually a lost customer, and hiring a receptionist is not affordable for most of them.

Solution

An AI voice agent that picks up every call, answers common questions, qualifies the caller, books an appointment, and sends a written summary so the owner knows exactly what happened.

My contribution

Call-flow design, agent instructions and prompt engineering, tool and calendar connections, and the follow-up automation that sends the call summary.
